Here’s how you can quickly add prefix or suffix to your texts. There’s a website called xedricity.com that has some amazing tools that you can use. One of those tools is the Bulk Add Prefix / Suffix Tool. Now from just its name you can immediately recognize what this website do. It add prefixes or suffixes to your entered texts.
Like if you forgot or wanted to add single quote ( ‘ ) to your series of code. You want to add single quote to the beginning and the end of your text like the following example bellow:
'United States'
'New Zealand'
'China'
'Philippines'
'Thailand'
'India'
No Need To Edit Them One by One
You do not need to add single quote to the beginning and the end one by one. You only need to enter your texts, one text per line and set what prefix you want to add and what suffix you want to add. If you do not know prefix is the text you can add at the beginning of the text and the suffix on the end of the text.
Here’s how you add prefix or suffix or both to your texts
- Start by going to https://xedricity.com/
- Go to the menu section and click on “Projects” tab and choose “bulk add prefix / suffix tool”
- Now enter your texts on the big textbox
- Set your prefix and suffix below.
- If you only want to add prefix then click the button “Add prefix only”
- If you only want to add suffix then click the button “Add suffix only”
- If you want to add both then click “Add Prefix/Suffix”

Make sure you enter your texts one per line as it detects your texts by line. It will add the entered prefix of suffix to the beginning and the end of your texts by line.
They also offer a lot of free text tools that could be useful to you in the future! So make sure you bookmark this website for later use.
