Microsoft’s last attempt with SkyDrive didn’t seem to work out well in the cloud storage industry, the reason it rebranded it and renamed the service as OneDrive. As against the 7 GB of free data storage it used to offer previously, it now offers more than double of it, 15 GB free data storage.
It offers an additional 5 GB to its users for referring a friend and another 3 GB for using its photo backup service.
